Rates

» Rates: $190 – $380.   Breakfast will NOT be available until further notice.
Breakfast is not included and prices have been adjusted. 

» Reservations: Reservations are recommended in advance. Minimum stay may apply during peak periods and prices subject to seasonal change.
» Payment: Personal checks or cash accepted as are VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
» Gift certificates available.

 

Inn Policies

» We are a “Non-smoking” Inn. Smoking is permitted only outdoors not on the patio or front porch.
» We have several dog friendly rooms but reservations must be made over the phone. If you show up with a dog you will not be allowed to stay and you will be charged. There is a $ 25 per night dog charge.
» Well-behaved children 4 and older are welcome with proper parental supervision. We are occasionally able to accommodate families with young children – please ask!
» Check-in is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Please ask if you a different time accommodate special requests.

 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please e-mail a cancellation request.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to reservation date with a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days you will be held responsible for the full price of your intended stay. We will make every attempt to rebook your room, and if successful, you will only be charged the $ 25 cancellation fee.
 
Damage to Hotel Property

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotel’s property or structure.  If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address.  We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.

The Following are examples of Damage and Theft to the Cromwell Manor Inn
Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment, including the removal of electronics, towels, bathrobes, paintings, ornaments etc.  Damage to linen or towels resulting from the use of body oils, makeup, shoe polish, bodily fluids, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged item.

 

Dog Policy
The Cromwell Manor Historic Inn is honored to host quiet, well-behaved dogs. Dog breed and size will be taken into consideration. There is a $25 per dog, per night fee. Proof of current rabies and distemper vaccinations must be provided at check-in and dogs may not be left in the room alone.
With only specific dog friendly room options available in our 1764 House, it is necessary to include your dog in your reservation at the time of booking. We will not be able to accommodate unregistered dogs. If you show up with a dog and you did not make a reservation in a dog friendly room you will not be accommodated unless there is a dog friendly room available we can move you to and you will be charge the full amount of your reservation.
There is a $250 fee should the room require extensive cleaning as a result of damage to the room (urine or feces). The Cromwell Manor Historic Inn reserves the right to charge your credit card provided at check-in for cleaning fees, fees commensurate to the cost of any damages, and loss of revenue as a result of discounts that are made to other guests to address complaints regarding your pet. The Cromwell Manor Historic Inn also reserves the right to refuse to continue to accommodate your pet if your dog disturbs other guests. You agree to defend and indemnify the Cromwell Manor Historic Inn for any injuries, damages or loss of revenue to the Cromwell Manor Historic Inn or a third party caused by your pet.
*No other animals besides dogs are allowed on the property.
