The Hambleton room, on the first floor of the 1764 House has a queen bed with a tempur-pedic mattress. This room has personality! Enjoy the warmth and romance of the wood burning fireplace with the original mantel. Next to the fireplace is a marvelous free-standing claw-footed soaking tub. Duck around the chimney to the full private bathroom with a shower stall, deep red floor tiles and original wood-plank walls. The room offers a magnificent view of the mountainside and fields directly across from the property. Please note, the ceiling is low at 6'7" (people were a lot shorter in 1764!).
Fireplaces are Seasonal. Please call to confirm with staff that they are open. Only 1 Duraflame log will be provided. Extra logs are $5 and depend on availability. NO other logs, sticks, papers are to be burned in the fireplace. A damage fee will apply.
