The original dwelling on the property, The 1764 House contains four comfortably-furnished guest rooms with private baths. Frequently, the Cottage is rented in its entirety for parties and family gatherings.
Oxfordshire + Gables
Situated across from the Oxfordshire Room, the Gables Room is the perfect room for traveling companions. This small room with a pitched ceiling has two comfortable twin beds and shares a bathroom with the Oxfordshire Room. This room can only be reserved with the Oxfordshire Room.
Hambleton
The Hambleton room, on the first floor of the 1764 House has a queen bed, a fireplace and a claw-foot tub.
Beddingfield
The Beddingfield is a wonderful first floor mini-suite with a king bed, a fireplace and a small attached room that can sleep two guests.
